Your team account
Every team builds in its own Cloudflare account, with its own zone. Hosts assign teams, invite you to your team's account with the email you signed in with, and confirm it on the site. Nothing is sent from this page. You can follow your status on the Get ready page before the event.

Hosts assign teams before the event and can make swaps or add walk-ins. Your signed-in account decides the team shown below. Not assigned yet? Ask a host; you can still use the full guide.
Every account uses the same names, so every example in the guide works unchanged:
Worker agent, AI Gateway agent-gateway. Only two values differ for your team, and they are on
the card: the account id and the demo hostname (agent. plus your zone). Your account starts
empty: hosts invite you and create nothing in it. You create the Worker, its hostname and the AI Gateway
yourself in Step 1.

Check you are in
Open dash.cloudflare.com: the account named on your card should be in your account switcher (top left). Not there after a host invited you? Check your inbox for the Cloudflare invitation, accept it with the same work email, and tell a host if it is still missing.
